You are required to report any changes in personal information, location, immediate family, or immigration status to Manitoba Health within 30 days to remain eligible for coverage.

Address change Name change Divorce or separation Add a spouse Add a dependant Notification of death Moving out of Manitoba Change of sex designation Replace your Health Card New Work Permits and Temporary Permit Extensions Change in Immigration Status
