Food Education

Sustainable food production and processing are two key elements to any healthy food system. Manitoba is fortunate to have a high-quality, safe and abundant food supply. Despite significant challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic supply chain disruptions, and economic challenges like inflation that make food purchasing decisions difficult for many people, Manitoba’s food supply chain has remained resilient. It is more important than ever for Manitoba’s youth, and never too late for people of all ages, to learn more about food systems.
